23. Cat

Drawn for the 100 theme challenge. It would have been done hours ago but Photoshop kept spazzing on me. Did the deadline just get extended another day? Because I was looking at the the timer and it randomly changed... well, as long as I get it in...

I wonder how many of my watchers were aware of this particular... erm... obsession... of mine? I mean, going by my main gallery, it's not exactly obvious...

I did use references for this. Most of them were the covers of my manga volumes that are now scattered around my basement. I also looked at the buckle on my watch, the chair that I'm currently sitting in, and a mostly realistic plush cat. I'm really not happy with the way a lot of it turned out, but I have to turn it in to the club, and I'm sick of tweaking...

Critiques are appreciated but probably won't help as much as if I had actually had the time and energy to finish it properly. In fact, I may go back and edit this later, because I know I could do better, especially on the coloring and the kitty's face. And I also don't mind if you fave and run.
